ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEWS

Assist State and local governments, Public Housing Authorities, non-profits, lenders and developers with the completion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and 24 CFR Part 58 environmental reviews.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Provide in-depth guidance to State and local governments, Public Housing Authorities, non-profits, lenders and developers on complex federal environmental requirements; provide Wellness Check-ups for HUD Entitlement grantees; develop Environmental Policies and Procedures and much more.

TRAINING

Provide in-depth, individualized, on-site training on HUD’s Environmental Review Online System (HEROS) as well as customized training seminars for large groups including State Housing Agencies, Public Housing Authorities and Community Development Organizations.
