In addition, Frye Environmental can provide in-depth technical assistance and guidance regarding HUD’s Multi-family Accelerated Processing (MAP) environmental requirements to lenders applying for FHA Multi-family mortgage insurance. Credentials, Education and Certifications

Sandra Frye, President

Sandra served as the Regional Environmental Officer for HUD Region 4 from 2013 to 2018. She has over 25 years of experience completing NEPA, 24 CFR Part 58 and Part 50 environmental reviews and is experienced in compliance with numerous federal environmental laws and authorities including the National Historic Preservation Act, the Endangered Species Act, E.O. 11988 on Floodplain Management, CERCLA, and many others. Sandra has conducted over 50 Professional Environmental Training Courses on HUD Part 58, Part 50 and other related federal requirements including hands-on HEROS Training Courses and tutorials. She also has 25 years of environmental compliance monitoring experience and participated in several professional conferences for HUD FHA multifamily insured projects. As a result, Frye Environmental is uniquely qualified to provide a variety of services to HUD grantees, consultants, and Public Housing Authorities who need environmental compliance assistance whether it be the completion of environmental reviews, training and/or specialized technical assistance.
