Provided on-site training and technical assistance to several HUD Disaster Recovery Grantees including:

• State of Mississipi and Alabama - $5.5 billion to assist victims of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma.
• State of Alabama, City of Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and Jefferson County - Over $175 million to assist victims from 2011 devastating tornadoes.
• State of Tennessee and Shelby County - $105 million in National Disaster Resilience funding to assist victims of severe storms and flooding in 2011.
• State of South Carolina, Richland and Lexington Counties, City of Columbia - $300 million to assist victims of Hurricane Matthew and severe 2015 flooding events.
• State of Florida - $733.8 million to assist victims from Hurricanes Irma, Hermine, and Matthew.
• Puerto Rico - $20 billion to assist victims from Hurricane Irma and Maria.

Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) Projects

Assisted numerous responsible entities and Public Housing Authorities achieve environmental compliance for their complex CNI projects including:

• City of Tampa Housing Authority 2012 Encore Project – $30 million grant for the transformation of the Central Park Public Housing Development involving extensive preservation efforts of the historic BroBowl Skate Park. Learn More.
• City of Atlanta Housing Authority 2014/2015 CNI Project - $30 million for revitalization of the University Choice Neighborhood.
• City of Memphis 2014/2015 CNI Project – $29.75 million for renovation of Foote Homes and the South City neighborhood.

Environmental Reviews and Compliance

Completed over 100 Part 50 reviews for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), The Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Program, and Self-Help Homeownership Opportunity Program (SHOP).

Assisted in the completion of numerous complex Part 50 environmental reviews for FHA Multi-family Mortgage Insurance and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) projects including:

• SoLe Mia, Miami, FL - $101 million FHA mortgage loan for the development of two 17-story apartments offering over 400 luxury rental units. Learn More.
